Because of the way Wireless Internet Technology works each wireless subscriber unit (installed on your roof) must have line of sight (LOS) to one of our transmitters. If your LOS test is successful a Skynet contractor will then install a small wireless modem on your roof, that’s it, your ready to go.

Signing up for Skynet it is very straight forward:

Step 1. Send us an email at info@skynetnz.com with all of your contact information including your address and phone numbers, we will reply to your email within 24hrs. (If you don't get a reply please check your spam or junk mail box and then call us on 0800-4-SKYNET).

Step 2. We will then contact you to schedule a LINE OF SIGHT(LOS) test. (No line of site - no charge, When you sign up - no charge, $75 if the LOS test is successful and you don't sign up).

Step 3. Once we have confirmed that you are with in our coverage area we will arrange one of our contractors to get you connected, its that simple.

• Installation fees must be paid before installation will begin $499.
• No line of site no charge.
• Install normally takes place within 10 working days of your first email. (See Step 1)
• No minimum term - If we don't deliver the goods feel free to disconnect.

Something to think about:

• We are only able to provide you with this amazing offer at such a GREAT PRICE because of a few conditions that will not effect most households.
• Skynet Wireless utilises fixed wireless technology this means users wishing to connect more than one computer are required to take care of linking their computers together via home network themselves. Please contact us if you wish to have one of our preferred partners carry out this installation.
• All Skynet wireless residential and rural connections use private IP addresses. Please contact us if you require a public address.
